Craig Thor Kimmel is one of the nation's most-respected consumer attorneys specializing in Lemon Law and warranty claims. Since 1997, he has served as legal consultant to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Consumer Affairs Committee, and has been credited with writing the first Computer Lemon Law bill, which has served as a model not only for Pennsylvania, but Illinois, Connecticut and California. He also worked with the Government in making two major amendments to the Pennsylvania Lemon Law, the inclusion of leased vehicles and the need for tighter title provisions for used cars. Mr. Kimmel has been interviewed numerous times in newspapers, magazines, television and radio features on consumer issues, and is frequently featured as a consumer correspondent on various news programs and talk shows. In addition, as an expert in the field of warranty litigation, Mr. Kimmel has spoken in front of many professional organizations across the tri-state region.

Mr. Kimmel has devoted his professional career to fighting for the rights of consumers, trying his cases in the Federal and State Courts in which he practices. He has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the Untied States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in matters that had national impact.

Mr. Kimmel earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Economic Theory from Ursinus College and holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law. He is an attorney in good standing and has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and New York and is active in the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. Robert M. Silverman is highly regarded throughout the legal community and the automotive industry for his continuing efforts in helping consumers with their Lemon Law and breach of warranty claims. Mr. Silverman has been featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer and in other newspaper stories across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as an expert in warranty litigation.

Mr. Silverman has worked hard for consumer rights, trying his cases in the Federal and State Courts in which he practices. He has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Silverman earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Juris Doctor Degree form Temple University School of Law. Amy Bennecoff is a graduate of Drexel University, holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and International Area Studies. Following graduation from college, she earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law. Since law school she has practiced in various areas of civil litigation including real estate, commercial, and personal injury. Her current practice area involves various consumer claims, including Lemon Law, breach of warranty and consumer fraud cases. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Angela K. Troccoli earned her Juris Doctorate from the Southern New England School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Troccoli was a member of the Southern New England Trial Advocacy and interned at the New Center for Legal Advocacy in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She also interned at the Office of the Attorney General in Providence, Rhode Island. She has practiced in many different areas of civil litigation including real estate, domestic relations, trusts and estates, probate, breach of contract and personal injury. Her current practice area involves various consumer claims, including Lemon Law, breach of warranty and consumer fraud cases. Barry Winderman is an associate with 28 years of legal experience. He has been an arbitrator over two hundred times for the Court of Common Pleas. He has also served as an attorney for the Philadelphia Bar Associations Senior Citizen Judicare Project. Mr. Winderman received his B.A. from Heidelberg College in Ohio and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Business Card

Christina Gill Roseman received her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 1989. She obtained her J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne Law School in 1993, where she was a member of the Duquesne Law Review.

Upon graduation from law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephanie Domitrovich in Erie, Pennsylvania. She then worked in Detroit, Michigan and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, litigating claims involving hospitals and physicians.

Ms. Roseman is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Pennsylvania. She is Vice Chair of the Health Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association and a member of the Special Events Committee for the Women’s Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania. Business Card

Christopher R. Holliday, Mr. Holliday's legal career has spanned over twenty years, working for a variety of law firms throughout Massachusetts and Michigan, with the Massachusetts Department of Correction, and as Acting Executive Director for Vermont Protection and Advocacy. Mr. Holliday has also taught philosophy and critical thinking for Oakland University, University of Wisconsin, Purdue University and the New England Culinary Institute. He earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, where he received the Barris Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Northwestern University. David L. Lieberman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Sociology from Tulane University. Even as a student, his interest in law led him to working with the Tulane University Legal Assistance Program and the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Following graduation from college, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, where he interned with the School's Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Clinic. He also earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Beasley School of Law at Temple University. Prior to joining Kimmel & Silverman, Mr. Lieberman clerked for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, served as a Delaware State Assistant Deputy Attorney General, volunteered with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, and worked as an attorney at two Philadelphia law firms. Hy David Rubenstein, Managing Attorney for the Maryland Office, graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a B.A. (cum laude) in American Studies. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where he served on the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Rubenstein's legal career has spanned 25 years and includes civil and criminal litigation, including eight years with the Federal Trade Commission. Ira P. Smades has enjoyed a varied legal and political career spanning more than a twenty-five years. As a general practitioner, he has handled numerous legal matters in the fields of family law, real estate, personal injury, criminal law, workers' compensation, estate administration and contract law. Melissa K. Fiala earned her J.D. from Widener Unviersity School of Law and her B.A. in History from Temple University. Prior to joining Kimmel & Silverman, Melissa worked as a teacher, assisting children of various educational abilities in multiple disciplines. Richard A. Scholer, Former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney Richard A. Scholer has prosecuted thousands of cases during his tenure with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office, progressing through the Municipal Court Unit, Juvenile Unit, Felony Waiver Unit and Major Trials Unit. His twelve-year career also includes interning with the Honorable Anthony J. DeFino and serving as Court Crier for the First Judicial District Court of Common Pleas. Ronald Rowland graduated from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor of arts in communication arts from Duquesne University and a masters in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
