Craig Thor Kimmel is one of the most experienced and respected consumer attorneys in the United States. Along with his partner, Robert M. Silverman, he has been called a pioneer in consumer protection and cost-free legal representation. Beginning in 1989, he has devoted his practice solely to consumer claims, primarily Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA) and Automobile Warranty "Lemon Law" claims. In 1997, he served as legal consultant to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and continues to consult when asked with the Consumer Affairs Committee. He is credited with being responsible for the only two amendments to the Pennsylvania Lemon Law and authoring the first Computer Lemon Law bill in the United States, which also served as a model for Illinois, Connecticut and California. Mr. Kimmel has made repeat appearances on national television discussing his cases and consumer law issues, and has given interviews to newspapers, magazines and radio programs. Within the profession, Mr. Kimmel has been a keynote speaker for legal education seminars and has shared his experiences with community groups nationwide.
Mr. Kimmel does not represent businesses or business interests. He instead has chosen to represent individuals and has done so many thousands of times. He has also served as class counsel in cases that have pushed for product improvements and changes in how business responds to customers. He has successfully argued for clients at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on matters having a national impact, that continue to be cited as authority.
In 1986, Mr. Kimmel earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees from Ursinus College and in 1989 a Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and Massachusetts State Courts, as well as several Federal Courts across the United States. He is active in the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. Mr. Kimmel is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association.
Robert M. Silverman is highly regarded throughout the legal community and the automotive industry for his continuing efforts in helping consumers with their Lemon Law and breach of warranty claims. Mr. Silverman has been featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer and in other newspaper stories across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as an expert in warranty litigation.
Mr. Silverman has worked hard for consumer rights, trying his cases in the Federal and State Courts in which he practices. He has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Silverman earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Temple University School of Law. He is an attorney in good standing and has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Amy Bennecoff is a graduate of Drexel University, holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and International Area Studies. Following graduation from college, she earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law. Since law school she has practiced in various areas of civil litigation including real estate, commercial, personal injury and foreclosures. Her current practice area involves representing consumers in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act, Truth in Lending, Lemon Law, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud cases, as well as, representing consumers in debt defense cases, bankruptcy and foreclosures. Alfred J. Tumolo III obtained his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden N.J. in 2006 after being one of the first B.A. graduates of Rutgers Universitys Camden Honors College. Mr. Tumolo currently focuses on diligently representing clients in matters of consumer advocacy, lemon law, warranty claims, and unfair trade practices. Prior to joining Kimmel & Silverman, Mr. Tumolo operated his law office in New Jersey as a solo practitioner where he specialized in matters of personal bankruptcy, commercial bankruptcy, debt collection, municipal court, and Landlord - Tenant litigation. Angela K. Troccoli: Ms. Troccoli concentrates her practice representing consumers for claims involving Lemon Law, Breach of Warranty, and Consumer Fraud as well as representing individuals who are harassed by creditors and debt collectors with an emphasis on the Federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
Prior to joining Kimmel & Silverman, P.C., she practiced in many different areas of civil litigation including real estate, domestic relations, trusts and estates, probate, breach of contract and personal injury. From 1996 to 1999, she was a member of the New England Trial Advocacy Team, interned at the New Center for Legal Advocacy, representing indigent clients as well as interned at the Office of the Attorney General in Providence, Rhode Island.

Christina Gill Roseman is Of Counsel for Pennsylvania and West Virginia and practices exclusively in the areas of breach of warranty, lemon law, consumer rights and dealer fraud. Regularly featured on television and radio programs for her consumer knowledge, Ms. Roseman has successfully tried numerous cases resulting in verdicts in favor of her clients against both automobile manufacturers and dealerships and is a nationally-recognized speaker on auto fraud. An active member of the legal community, she is currently on the Executive Board for the Women's Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania, and served as the 2010-2012 Co-President for the Women's Bar Association. She has been a panelist for several continuing legal education seminars on trial practice and the Lemon Law. Jacqueline C. Herritt, Managing Attorney, has successfully handled over 15,000 lemon law and breach of warranty cases throughout her sixteen-year career at Kimmel & Silverman. Ms. Herritt graduated from Temple University, and attended Temple University School of Law. Jason L. Greshes received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester in 1990 and is a 1993 graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He has practiced in diversified areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation and criminal law, including complex products liability, personal injury matters, real estate, taxicab financing and regulation. Mr. Greshes also includes substantial experience in complex criminal cases. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. In addition to those state courts, he is admitted to practice before the District Courts of New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Southern District of New York. Robert A. Rapkin, Senior Associate, honorably
discharged from U.S.A.F. as a turbo/prop airplane mechanic, a graduate of Western
Connecticut State University, and a first-round participant in the 1985 NCAA Division
III football Champions. While attending the University of Bridgeport School of Law,
Mr. Rapkin received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellent achievement in the
study of legal ethics. Upon graduation from the University of Bridgeport School of Law,
Mr. Rapkin's legal career has spanned over 22 years and includes civil and criminal litigation,
in addition to successfully handling more that 5,000 lemon law and breach of warranty claims
throughout his 12 year career with Kimmel & Silverman. He has been featured in numerous
television and radio appearances on consumer issues, such as News 10, CN8, and the Big Talker 1210AM.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts.
W. Christopher Componovo, Mr. Componovo is a 1990 graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he earned his varsity monogram in Track and Field. Thereafter he graduated from the Widener University School of Law in 1993, cum laude. He is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware, the Delaware District Court, the Third and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals in the State of Maryland, and the United States Supreme Court. Chris is a past President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and a past chair of the Workers' Compensation section of the Delaware State Bar Association. He brings many years of trial experience to the firm having tried dozens of cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents to civil assault. Chris has also argued successfully before the Delaware Supreme Court.
Zachary S. Kappel received his B.A. in Communications from the Vanderbilt University and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. At Duquesne, Mr. Kappel worked extensively with professors on a project analyzing and comparing the United States and Chinese legal systems through research and travel to China. Prior to becoming an associate, Mr. Kappel worked on consumer rights issues with the firm for two years; assisting in trial preparations, drafting fraud complaints, briefs and motions. A member of both the American Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association, Mr. Kappel is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, the Western District of Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Florida.
