Pennsylvania Super Lawyers

Kimmel & Silverman is once again proud to be included among 2024 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Rising Stars in an annual survey conducted by Law & Politics Magazine. Our firm remains the ONLY PENNSYLVANIA LEMON LAW FIRM to be featured on the list every year since its inception.

1 800 LEMON LAW Managing attorney Jacqueline Herritt, a 26-year veteran of our firm, is featured on the list for a 17th year, while Lemon Lawyers Chad Doman and Jacob Ginsburg are honored as rising stars.

The findings are published in the June 2023 editions of Philadelphia Magazine and Pittsburgh Magazine. More than 34,000 attorneys were asked to vote for the most effective counsel they have personally observed in action. Kimmel & Silverman Lemon Lawyers were recognized among the top 5% of all attorneys statewide for their efforts. We could not be prouder.

For more than 30 years, Kimmel & Silverman has been providing cost-free legal representation to distressed drivers throughout Pennsylvania, and our firm was directly responsible for expanding the Pennsylvania Lemon Law in 2001 to include leased cars and personal trucks and tighter title provisions for used vehicles.

Kimmel & Silverman is proud to provide free Pennsylvania Lemon Law help to consumers throughout every country of the state, with full-service offices in Eastern and Western Pennsylvania.

In October 20 21 I purchased a brand new 2022 Forest River puma RV travel trailer over the winter it sustained water damage to the main living room/kitchen slide out even causing mold and rust and saturated damaged areas within the entire slide. We took it back to Boyertown PA at Hitch RV Camper we bought it but they got it from their Delaware location that sells pumas. They did not fully evaluate anything and initiated its return back to the Indiana manufacturing plant. We’re cleaning it out on Saturday for it to head on out empty. We’ve already been down three weeks of camping time. They claim up to a month turnaround in the event barring no complications. I’ve asked for a replacement, my money back or an entire slide replacement at a minimum. We also paid $1550 for a seasonal site for my husband to compete at an ATA shoot in Bloomsburg 10 minutes from our campsite and now he needs to Pay to stay in a hotel to attend the competition or drive three hours each day for three days to compete. We have a seasonal paid site that remains empty and my first brand new camper purchased to become a lemon. I left a voicemail as well.
