I am perplexed that you are tyring to handle this yourself rather than use a lemon law attorney. They tell me nothing is wrong with my car yet they will replace my carpet to make me happy. They are also planning on installing an evaporation system for future dampness even though there is "nothing wrong witg my car"! Should I hire a mechanic to witness this as I am getting ready to be in arbitration with the BBB and then I am getting a lawyer. I don't want to go up there because they have treated me like crap and lied to me over and over again. The only reason i keep going to this dealership is loaner car is free. period. Everywhere else here requires car to be there for 8 hours before (they say) GM will authorize a loaner. Can't afford to rent a car when I can get a free one.
