New York Times Features Lemon Lawyer Bob Silverman in Front Page GM Article

April 11, 2014 By: LemonLaw Category: Bob Silverman, chevrolet cobalt, news story, Recall No Comments →

When New York Times reporter Rebecca Ruiz wanted to interview a Lemon Law attorney pertaining to the Chevrolet Cobalt recall situation, she turned to the Lemon Lawyer who has successfully resolved more General Motors Lemon Law and breach of warranty claims in the last two decades than any other attorney, Bob Silverman.  Bob and a couple of his clients were featured in a front page New York Times article outlining the issue.

Kimmel and Silverman successfully helped twenty-five consumers receive complete repurchases of their 2005 and 2006 Chevrolet Cobalts under State Lemon Laws.  In addition, many clients received MSRP to MSRP swaps and others received monetary compensation while keeping their vehicles.  In many of these cases, our clients were initially told there was no problem with their car, that it was operating to normal specifications.  And yet, at our urging, the consumers kept going back to the dealer, continuing to bring the matter to the attention of their service advisor.

The moral of the story for consumers is never to give up.  If you know something is wrong with your car, and you are under warranty, continue to bring the matter to your dealer and if necessary fight for the the rights afforded to you under State Lemon Laws and Federal Warranty Laws.  We know that hiring a Lemon Lawyer may seem a bit intimidating, but it is actually a very easy process with almost of all of the work being handled for you, at absolutely no cost and no risk.

The purpose of this blog and our website is to educate, enlighten and empower distressed drivers.  If you feel stranded  by your defective vehicle, feel free to reach out to us.  We will be glad to review your claim and determine if and how you can receive recourse or remedy through a Lemon Lawyer at our firm or perhaps someone else.  Remember, in order to get something, you must do something.

PA Newspaper Salutes Lemon Law Firm on 20 Years

February 08, 2012 By: LemonLaw Category: Bob Silverman, Craig Thor Kimmel, Kimmel and Silverman, Lemon Law Firm, news story No Comments →

Kimmel and Silverman is thrilled to be celebrating 20 years of helping distressed drivers with their Lemon Law and breach of warranty claims. It’s sometimes hard to comprehend that we have helped over 65,000 folks in that time, and our services now spread over fourteen states. That’s exactly where we’re at today, though. All of it only became possible because of consumers like you who continue driving lemons and “just deal” with repeated mechanical problems. You don’t have to put up with a lemon, nor should you.

The Times Herald, a newspaper out of Montgomery Country, Pennsylvania recently profiled our firm and efforts to help those victimized by lemons. You can read the article here.

To everyone who has played a role in our longevity, we are extremely grateful. Here’s to the next 20 years!
