For the eighth year in a row, 1-800 LEMON LAW founding partners Robert M. Silverman and Craig Thor Kimmel have been named Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in a survey conducted by Law & Politics Magazine. In addition, Jacqueline Herritt, Managing Attorney for the Firm and a 12-year lemon law veteran, has also been named to the list for a fifth year running; and associates Richard Scholer and Amy Bennecoff were named Rising Stars for the second year running. Kimmel & Silverman is proud to have more Consumer Protection Lawyers named to the list than any other Firm in the State.

The findings are published in the June 2011 edition of Philadelphia Magazine. More than 34,000 attorneys were asked to vote for the most effective counsel they have personally observed in action. Kimmel &  Silverman attorneys were recognized among the top 5% of all lawyers statewide for building Pennsylvania’s oldest and largest full-service lemon law firm and assisting more than 60,000 distressed drivers across the Northeast with cost-free legal representation.

We are thrilled to congratulate Kimmel and Silverman New Jersey Lemon Law Attorneys Bob Silverman, Jacqueline Herritt and Richard Scholer, who have all been featured as top attorneys in a poll published in the month’s SJ Magazine.  

New Jersey Attorneys throughout Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties were asked to name attorneys who were above-par in their legal fields.  Our attorneys were hamed tops in consumer law, product liability, computer law, and litigation prevention.   We are very forutnate and honored to have a number of attorneys recommend our services to their clients, and thankful to all lawyers who voted for us to receive this special honor.

That’s five years in a row (or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first; guess they’re still under warranty.) If there’s a ceremony, “Stars” bets their ride won’t be breaking down on the way.

The June 2008 Philadelphia Magazine is out and for the fifth year running, Kimmel and Silverman Founding Partners Craig Thor Kimmel and Robert Silverman have been named Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in a survey conducted by Law & Politics Magazine, representing the top 5% of all attorneys statewide. Also included in this years list is Jacqueline Herritt, a 10-year Lemon Law veteran. All three attorneys have been named among the best in the Consumer Law category.

We are especially proud of this honor because we are selected by our peers. Since our inception in 1991, lemon law firms have popped up all over the map. The frustrating thing is that several of these “firms” are run by attorneys who may be talented, but completely inexperienced in our type of law. In most cases, they may be looking for additional revenue streams. Likewise, they do not have the knowledge or contacts an established lemon law firm like ours has, despite what they may say on their website. Our firm has a strong history. Kimmel & Silverman started out of a small office in Blue Bell, PA in 1991 and has grown to include six full-service offices across Eastern and Western Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts and Delaware. Congrats to New Jersey Lemon Law Attorney Bob Silverman, who has been honored as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for the fourth year running.  Throughout the State, attorneys were asked to vote for the most effective attorneys they have personally observed in action, with the top vote getters being named Super Lawyers. Only five percent of all attorneys statewide received this honor and Bob is the ONLY lemon law attorney in New Jersey to receive this distinction.
