Lemon Law Woman

A Note of Thanks

January 25, 2007 By: Admin Category: Kimmel & Silverman, Super Lawyers

Often times, when people call us on the 800-LEMON-LAW hot line and we tell them we can help, they are a bit a leary at first. How can the service be free? What’s the catch? People have a fear of being litigious. Even after we explain how the law offers free legal representation to consumers, and many cases are settled prior to court, they still can’t believe it — It sounds too good to be true, they say.

When folks are leary, we ask them to take a look around our website, especially our section on choosing a lemon law firm, and our testimonials page. We get such a thrill when we get e-mails like the one Austin sent his attorney Amy Cox today:

Amy:

“I can’t tell you enough how thankful I am with the outcome of my case against Nissan North America regarding my 2005 Nissan Titan and the brake problems I’ve been having. When I first began starting this process, I have to admit, I was very leary regarding “Free Services” as you know, nothing in this world is free, and when you explained the entire process to me, I was put to ease. I can’t comment enough on your professionalism and how fast you responded to my inquiries. When you make such a large purchase as I did on my Titan, you would never expect it to come to this, but the backing of Kimmel and Silverman throughout this entire process was awesome. I never have any luck with anything, and if it’s going to happen, it would happen to me. So when you decided to fight for me, I never thought how great the outcome would be until you notified me of my award.

Once again, thanks so much for you guidance and direction, and professionalism throughout this entire process.”

Best Regards!

Austin Gross
