Often times, when people call us on the 800-LEMON-LAW hot line and we tell them we can help, they are a bit a leary at first. How can the service be free? What’s the catch? People have a fear of being litigious. Even after we explain how the law offers free legal representation to consumers, and many cases are settled prior to court, they still can’t believe it — It sounds too good to be true, they say.
